Terms & Conditions

1. About Probate Find

Probate Find is a referral platform that connects individuals seeking probate related services ("Users") with independent probate specialists ("Specialists").

We do not provide legal, financial or probate advice. Our role is limited to generating and distributing verified enquiries ("Referrals").

2. How the Service Works

For Users

By submitting your details:

  • You agree that your information may be shared with one or more relevant Specialists
  • Specialists may contact you directly regarding your enquiry
  • We do not guarantee responses, quotes or outcomes

For Specialists

By joining Probate Find:

  • You agree to receive Referrals based on your selected package
  • Referrals are generated via our marketing and matching systems
  • We control how Referrals are allocated and distributed

3. Referral Allocation

  • Referrals are matched based on location, service type and availability
  • Each Referral may be shared with up to two Specialists unless otherwise agreed
  • We reserve the right to manage allocation, distribution and volume at our discretion
  • Referral allocation may take into account subscription level, response times, coverage and platform activity

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

Monthly Subscription Packages

All referral packages including 25, 50 and 100 Referral packages operate on a monthly recurring subscription basis.

Payment is taken in advance of each billing cycle.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 7 days written notice prior to the next billing date is required to cancel any subscription package.

If cancellation notice is not received within this notice period, the subscription will automatically renew for the following monthly billing cycle and the payment will remain payable in full.

Failed Payments

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the platform, pause Referral distribution or terminate accounts where payments fail or remain outstanding.

5. Referral Delivery

  • We aim to deliver Referrals within each monthly subscription period
  • Due to demand, market conditions and geographic coverage, delivery timing may vary
  • Where necessary, Referrals may spill over into the following period
  • The total number of purchased Referrals will continue to be delivered accordingly

6. No Guarantee of Results

Probate Find does not guarantee:

  • Conversion into instructions or clients
  • Revenue, profit or business outcomes
  • Consistent monthly enquiry volumes
  • Suitability or quality of any individual Referral

Outcomes depend on factors including responsiveness, pricing, service quality, market conditions and individual Specialist performance.

7. No Refund Policy

All payments are non refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Unconverted Referrals
  • Timing variations in Referral delivery
  • Market demand fluctuations
  • Temporary pauses in allocation
  • Business performance or conversion rates

Refunds are issued solely at our discretion or where required by applicable law.

8. GDPR & Data Protection

Probate Find processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.

Lawful Basis

By submitting an enquiry through the platform, Users expressly consent to:

  • Probate Find processing their submitted information
  • Their information being shared with relevant Specialists
  • Being contacted directly by Specialists regarding their enquiry

Specialist Responsibilities

Specialists receiving Referral data act as independent data controllers in relation to any personal data received.

Each Specialist is solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
  • Secure handling and storage of personal data
  • Responding to data subject requests
  • Maintaining appropriate technical and organisational security measures

Probate Find accepts no liability for a Specialist's misuse, handling, retention or processing of personal data once a Referral has been distributed.

Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and up to date.

Probate Find does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information submitted by Users.

Data Retention

Probate Find may retain enquiry and account data for operational, compliance, legal, fraud prevention and business purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

Marketing Communications

By submitting details through the platform or registering as a Specialist, you may receive service related communications from Probate Find.

Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting us directly.

Data Requests

Requests relating to access, correction or deletion of personal data may be submitted to: probatefind@gmail.com

9. Non Circumvention

Specialists agree not to:

  • Bypass or attempt to bypass Probate Find
  • Use Referrals in a way that avoids platform fees
  • Redirect Users into arrangements intended to avoid subscription or Referral fees
  • Copy, replicate or misuse platform processes, data or Referral systems
Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination, removal from the platform and legal action where appropriate.

10. Platform Positioning

You acknowledge that:

  • Probate Find is not an impartial service
  • Specialists pay to receive Referrals and platform visibility
  • We may prioritise allocation based on subscription level, performance, responsiveness and coverage

11. User & Specialist Responsibilities

All users of the platform agree:

  • To provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not to misuse the platform or engage in unlawful activity

Specialists additionally agree:

  • To respond to Referrals in a timely and professional manner
  • Not to misrepresent their qualifications or services
  • To maintain appropriate licences, insurance and regulatory compliance where applicable

12. Third Party Relationships

Any agreement, instruction or service arrangement is strictly between the User and the Specialist.

Probate Find is not a party to these agreements and accepts no responsibility for services, disputes, losses or outcomes arising from them.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Probate Find shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profit, business or opportunity
  • Disputes between Users and Specialists
  • Accuracy or completeness of Referral data
  • Delays or interruptions in service
  • Technical issues, outages or platform downtime
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the Specialist in the preceding monthly billing cycle.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate platform access at any time
  • Remove Users or Specialists without notice
  • Pause or restrict Referral distribution where necessary

No refunds will be provided upon termination.

15. Intellectual Property

All branding, systems, content, platform processes and materials associated with Probate Find remain the intellectual property of Probate Find.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
